Rwanda weaves its spell the moment you leave the plane at Kigali International airport to set foot on the lush green hills of this small beautiful country. Some institutions of learning, Mille Collines Hotel which was the inspiration for the “HOTEL RWANDA” Holly wood movie, the Parliamentary building, the Amahoro stadium and the national hospital (CHK) .And you would not dare leave Rwanda without visiting the famous “Gahaya Links” a women cooperative that weaves and makes beautiful crafts including the famous ‘O’ bracelet that was designed for Oprah Winfrey, most of their crafts are sold at Macy’s.
